Celebration module is used to get all birthdays of your students and employees, and anniversaries & work anniversaries of your employees. This feature can be accessed through Calendar-> Celebration.
Permissions : This module contains four permissions.
| List Birthday | Anyone with this permission can list all the birthdays of your students and employees |
| List Anniversary | Anyone with this permission can list all the Anniversary of the employees |
| List Anniversary | Anyone with this permission can list all the Anniversary of the employees |
| List Work Anniversary | Anyone with this permission can list all the Work Anniversary of the employees |
To assign or change permission, visit <your_url>/configuration/permission.
In the top right side, there are options to:
• Employee Birthday - This will allow you to view Employee Birthday.
• Filter- This allows you to filter as per the available options.
• More Option - This allows you to take print out or to download list of birthdays, anniversary and work anniversary.
In the bottom right, there is option to set pagination i.e. number of records per page.
Employee Birthday : Get all birthdays of the employees at one place, filter by dates, take print out.
Anniversary : Get all anniversaries of your employees at one place, filter by dates, take print out.
Work Anniversary : Get all work anniversaries of your employees at one place, filter by dates, take print out.
