Event Module

Event module is used to create various events, choose the audience, and make it visible on your audience's calendar. This feature can be acessed through Calendar-> Event.

Permissions : This module contains four permissions.

List Event Anyone with this permission can list all the Event
Create Event Anyone with this permission can create a Event
Edit Event Anyone with this permission can edit Event
Delete Event Anyone with this permission can delete Event

To assign or change permission, visit <your_url>/configuration/permission.

To begin working with Event feature, you need to first go to Configuration -> Module Configuration -> Calendar Configuration-> Event Type. Here, you can manage different kind of events you have in your institution, and generate a report based on these event types.

In the top right side, there are options to: 

    Add New Event - This will open a form to add new Event. 

    Filter- This allows you to filter as per the available options.

    Sort By - This allows you to sort the record in ascending or descending order by supported columns.

    More Option - This allows you to take print out or to download list of Events

In every row, there are options to show, edit & delete Event details.

In the bottom right, there is option to set pagination i.e. number of records per page.

Above is the screenshot of form to add new Event, where you need to enter desired details. Once you complete all the details and upload the document, you can click on save button to store the Event details.
